The David Ritual didn't make it into your order — no problem. Some people prefer to begin with the audio program alone. If you would still like to add it, it is available on this page at a reduced one-time price, together with a complementary item.
What it is
A short guided evening routine presented in video. It includes a simple breathing sequence, a light touch on the forehead, and a personal phrase of intention. It takes about sixty seconds and is practiced before listening to the program you already purchased.
A simple recipe based on traditional botanical ingredients. You receive the instructions to prepare it yourself at home using common ingredients. It is intended to be used as part of a personal evening practice.
What this is: a spiritual and devotional practice for relaxation, personal focus, and daily ritual.
What this is not: medicine, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. No health benefit or specific outcome is claimed, implied, or promised. Individual experience varies.
